Our story
Olevrisa began with a simple idea: cook what the season brings, buy it from people we know, and serve it at tables where nobody is in a hurry.

01 — How it began
Before there was a restaurant, there was a kitchen table on a quiet street: friends, family, a pot of something slow-cooked and bread torn by hand. Olevrisa grew out of those evenings.
Our kitchen still works the same way. We roll pasta by hand every morning, bake our own bread and let a few good ingredients speak for themselves.
Nothing complicated. Just honest food, made with care.
02 — What we believe
01
Seasonal by nature
Our menu follows the market, not the other way around. When something is at its best, it goes straight onto the table.
02
Close to the source
We cook with produce from small growers, fishermen and cheesemakers who live a short drive from our kitchen.
03
Unhurried tables
Stay for one more glass. We set our tables for conversation and long evenings, never for quick turnover.
03 — From the field
We know the names behind our ingredients. Our weekly menu is written around what our growers bring us, so every visit tastes a little different.

The morning market
Twice a week we collect tomatoes, figs and greens from growers we have known for years.

Our olive oil
Pressed from a single family grove in the hills, harvested by hand every autumn.
